Le 376 Charcuterie Bistro was born from the shared dream of Francis and his wife, Josiane. With an extensive career in the food industry, Francis brings rich experience in charcuterie. Supported by Josiane, whose professional background in management lays the foundation for a thriving business, he decided to combine his vision of an artisanal shop with his desire to share, giving rise to the Charcuterie Bistro concept. Francis settled in Saint-Donat with his family to rediscover the tranquility of his youth and reconnect with his roots. In a region steeped in history, where names like Éphrem Lévesque and Jeanne Gaudet remain etched in memory, Francis embarked on this journey with the ambition of honoring the legacy of his grandparents. As the owners envisioned a revival for the area, they created a business that perfectly harmonizes tradition and modernity.
